The staff were friendly and attentive and offered guidance. The hotel's location was very central, right in the heart of the old city. It was also near all the best bars and restaurants and shops of Ciutadella, the centre of Ciutadella, and the island.

the place was fairly clean, i booked the double room with street views, everything was brand-new. the staff was kind throughout the day. the location was magnificent - 200 metres away from a gothic cathedral. what's more, it was adjacent to the cathedral as well as the centre of ciutadella.
